Bay Central Residence is an iconic work of architecture master planned to invite floating sea and lagoon views inside. Constructive's Design scope of work in the project compromises 3 Residential Buildings, G+2 floors, the total number of apartments 35 identified in 5 prototypes with concrete work that varies from 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 4-bedroom apartments and Construction management for the whole buildings in the Bay Central zone.

One of our achievement's at Bay Central Residence is Construction Management, we supervise and coordinate with the contractor in terms of time, budget management, ensuring quality and safety to ensure that the construction proceeds safely and conforms to plans and specifications.
Constructive evaluates the project risks, manage risk register, facilitate qualitative risk assessments, conduct quantitative risk analyses & develop risk mitigation strategies & Plans.
