o Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents.
o Filing and archiving relevant documentation.
o Retrieving files for other employees and customers when needed.
o Designing templates for documents, file types, and document databases.
o Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.
o Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
o Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage.
o Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents.
o Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
o Maintaining the security of confidential documents.

Job Description

1. Familiar with the scope of works related to discipline with the supervision of the Senior Structural Engineer and coordination with Structural Engineer Coordinator.
2. Analyze & apply to the Project the agreed client requirements, which shall include all the related codes and standards as directed.
3. Assist in the formulation of structural analysis of various building systems for both gravity and lateral loads.
4. Excellent computer user, structural system design and analysis software technology for simulation purposes.
5. To develop structure drawings in all deliverable stages to meet client specifications, monitor project budgets and track change orders.
6. Highlight problems for troubleshooting and concluding a solution.

Job Requirements

1. 3 to 5 years’ experience in design of RC structures.
2. Excellent Skills in shop drawing (BOQ & Specs)
3. Very good user of REVIT and AUTO CAD
4. Proficiency in using codes and in commercially CSI structural analysis software: ETABS, SAP and SAFE.
5. Middle East experienced will be an advantage.
6. Sheikh Zayed & 6th October residential are preferably. 
7. Arabic & English Speaker
