Constructive handled all the project management needs by creating a baseline schedule for the Bedford Hills project covering all scope of work along with the required permits. The planning portion of the schedule included the roof replacement of 4 buildings starting with the asbestos abatement and removal of existing roofing system along with temporary salvage of existing mechanical equipment followed by installation & testing of new roofing system. We collaborated with our partner to assign the suitable calendar for the project in order not to allow work during winter (December to April) and the colder months since construction work had to be done while keeping the building watertight. We aided our client in reaching his deadline.
