Constructive handled all of the planning requirements which in turn were illustrated as a baseline schedule for the Crosby Lynchburg project that included the reconstruction of 2 lane road from Magnolia Drive to Loch Ness Drive. Constructive ensured to include all scope of work and the phasing plan for the reconstruction work as well as including the traffic control plan for the road which plays an important role in order to decrease any road disruptions. Constructive has now been working on the planning portion of the schedule updates with our stakeholders for more than 12 months emphasizing all the required recovery and what-if scenarios to make sure the schedule is completed on time and within budget. We aided our client in ensuring that their baseline schedule is ultimately used as a reference to analyze the schedule performance of the project. This program also benefited our client because it is a document which compares the planned and the actual dates of the project.
