This project’s scope of work included the installation of 5,800 feet of watermain, gate valves, and fire hydrants. Constructive handled all of the planning portion which was being able to create a detailed baseline schedule for this project covering all scope of work; including the utility relocation as per the specifications, and matching the specifications’ special requirements. We constructed the baseline in correlation with our client to include high level of details (roads and stations for each of the Upper and Lower Pressure Zones) so the project can be monitored closely. Our dedicated Project managers utilized this schedule baseline to monitor tasks and guarantee that they are completed on time. Our experienced set of engineers ensure that everyone is on the same page, preventing misunderstandings and debates about deadlines benefiting our clients limited deadline.
