Constructive has created a baseline schedule for this project which included architectural and electrical repair work for the public-school building ceiling, consisting of replacement of ceiling tiles, removal of existing lighting fixtures, relocation of electrical devices. The schedule had all necessary precautions regarding the closure of classrooms and/or cafeterias which have to be coordinated with the schools to prevent any disruption for the school activities. Here in Constructive, this program benefited our client because our Project managers use the latest in scheduling or project management software to develop this baseline schedule model.
