Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related matters on-site, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with the design team.
- Reviewing the project BEP and matching it with BIM models.
- Oversee the organization, update, and management of BIM models on-site, ensuring that they are current and reflect the latest design information.
- Support project teams and solve any clashes.
- Preparing clash test and reports by Navisworks.
- Follow strictly company BIM standards and quality required standards for all deliverables.
- Prepared the files for all disciplines according to ISO19650 standards.
- Working With BIM 360 for assigned issues and solving it.
- Review information delivery through the Common Data Environment (CDE), ACONEX, and ensure compliance with project EIR for effective workflow management.
- Maintain and manage BIM-related documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible to all project stakeholders.
- Ensure that all BIM models are properly integrated into the project’s document control system.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
- +10 Years of Experience is a MUST - preferably in a site-based or construction environment.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent Language Skills in both Arabic & English
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer-aided design AutoCAD, Navisworks, REVIT, BIM 360.
- Familiarity with construction processes and the integration of BIM on-site.
- Knowledge of clash detection, model coordination, and quality control procedures.
- Knowledge of modern construction techniques and high-tech materials.
- Communication skills and self-motivated.
- Talents in design and reading/understanding others designs.
- Able to work individually with minimal supervision.
- Able to learn, retain and apply various laws and regulatory codes relevant to assigned area of responsibility.
- Capable of defining and meeting realistic timelines.
- Site-based role with regular interaction with construction teams, engineers, and designers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
Preferable Qualifications:
- Certifications in BIM-related fields or software.
- Previous experience with integrated project delivery (IPD) or Lean Construction methodologies
