Job Responsibilities:
- Serving as a liaison to Constructive Business Development Department (BD) including management teams.
- Working closely with the Technical Department Manager, overviewing the required technical proposals needed for the Business Development Department (BD).
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders managerially and not technically.
- Project management and coordination with Technical Department Manager.
- Overseeing all projects and completing a broad variety of administrative tasks.
- Issuing related invoices with different clients.
- Manage and provide outsourcing solutions for trades outside Constructive to ensure best deliverables of projects to the client.
- Working closely with the Technical Department Manager overviewing the required Technical Proposals needed for the BD Department
- Overseeing all projects and completing a broad variety of administrative tasks.
- Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the Vice President for Engineering and internal departments.
- Monitoring, planning projects costs and time scheduling and overseeing the progress of designated projects.
- Coordinating with the technical Manager and liaising work of all trades to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholder and ensuring managerial feasibility.
- Coordinate with client for requirements and program to achieve Project Best Benefits and Client Satisfactory
Job Requirements:
- BSc of Architectural/ Civil Engineering
- Years of Experience 10+
- Excellent Command of English Language
- Excellent Command of Microsoft Office
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with persons at all levels.
- Excellent analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
