Share the review &
evaluation of Arch. design packages intended for tendering for constructability and integrity.
Report to the senior Arch. on any noted
quality deviations by Contractors.
Coordinate with HSE officer
for agreeing the required site safety measures.
Coordinate with other
trades engineers for integrity and proper arrangement of site construction activities.
Inspection Contractors’
site activities & compare the compliance with Contract specifications.
Follow-up of Contractors’ work progress and
highlight any nonconformance with the Contract design documents.
Review Contractors’
submitted progress reports related to Arch. scope of works and
share the data collection for preparing the Client’s periodical reports.
Issue snag lists and
follow-up further rectification.
