Job Responsibilities:

•  Share the review & evaluation of Arch. design packages intended for tendering for constructability and integrity. 
•  Lead and guild the junior Architects and follow-up their work activities. 
•  Observe, Inspect & approve contractors' site activities submittals including but not limited to; inspection requests, MIRs …. etc. 
•  Managing the works execution on site & preparing performance data information. 
•  Coordinate with Contractors to ensure the projects are running efficiently. 
•  Coordinate with Constructive Project Controls team to ensure implementing the overall • operation plans as agreed by the Client. 
•  Report & take action regarding noted quality deviations by Contractors. 
•  Coordinate with HSE officer for agreeing the required site safety measures. 
•  Coordinate with other trades engineers for integrity and proper arrangement of site construction activities.
•  Inspection Contractors’ site activities & compare the compliance with Contract specifications. 
•  Follow-up of Contractors’ work progress and highlight any nonconformance with the Contract design documents. 
•  Other tasks may be assigned by line manager.
  

Job Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experince 
• Engineering Consultant background is a MUST.
