Job Description
- Share the review & evaluation of Arch. design packages intended for tendering for constructability and integrity.
- Report to the senior Arch, on any noted quality deviations by Contractors.
- Coordinate with the HSE officer to agree the required site safety measures.
- Coordinate with other trades engineers for integrity and proper arrangement of site construction activities.
- Inspection Contractors’ site activities & compare the compliance with Contract specifications.
- Follow up on Contractors’ work progress and highlight any non-conformance with the Contract design documents.
- Review Contractors’ submitted progress reports related to Arch. scope of works and share the data collection for preparing the Client’s periodical reports.
- Issue snag lists and follow-up further rectification.
- Other tasks may be assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements
- 10 years of experience.
- Engineering Consultant background is a MUST.
