Prepared and certified interim payment applications and final accounts.
Reviewed, certified, and approved constructed quantities, materials on-site, and payment invoices.
Approved quantity for materials used on-site and oversaw safety compliance.
- Cost Management & Claims:
Prepared and submitted comprehensive cost claims and assessments for interim and final payments.
Handled variation orders and evaluated their impact on project costs.
Assisted in the preparation of change orders to the prime contract.
- Contract & Document Review:
Analyzed contract documents, including time schedules, tender drawings, and specifications.
Ensured project documentation and specifications were complete and in order.
Reviewed, certified, and approved quantity take-off, invoices, and claims for accuracy.
-Site Management & Supervision:
Monitored the project’s progress and reported regularly to the management and stakeholders.
- Technical Coordination & Reporting:
Prepared progress reports for clients and senior management.
Assisted in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving any unexpected site difficulties.
- Client & Stakeholder Interaction:
Liaised with project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and owners, to ensure smooth project execution.
Handled claims negotiation and resolved disputes amicably.
Qualifications
- Engineering Consultant background is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience.
