5-Star Beach Resort – Signature Hotel, spreading over a land of 64,000 sqm with a total footprint of 12,000sqm. The project's comprised of 200 keys varying between twin chalets on ground level, 2 to 3-floors, with outdoor and indoor leisure facilities and full amenities.

Construction of the project included extreme focus on the Infra Structure aspect as well as all hotel buildings of all scopes ranging from public buildings, main guestroom buildings to guestrooms chalets and core & shell cabanas and more.
