Constructive created a baseline schedule for the Miller-Fox Envelope Repairing Project which included the cutting and patching of existing building fabric to facilitate the installation of the work along with protection of historic fabric affected by the work and coordination of trades when working within an occupied structure, including
protection of existing building elements to remain, both historic and non-historic.
This program benefited our client because our Project managers use the latest in scheduling or project management software to develop this baseline schedule model.
