Constructive has produced a schedule using a time-scaled network diagram representing the work of the Contract and showing the sequence of the work and all activities required to complete this portion of the project with a One-Phase TCP with total duration of 12 Months from Contract Award Date. The schedule included the replacement of pavement in supply compound from entrance at Bullard Rd west of building 01024 through loading area north of buildings 01024 and 01023 and south of buildings 01029 and 01030, along with construction of concrete drive lane and ramp. Constructive has also been updating the project for several months now including the delays that the contractor faced so the project can be monitored closely.
