Located in 6th of October City, this project aims to provide affordable international education in Egypt. We are particularly interested in educational projects, SAINT ARMANI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL promoted us to a consultancy role.
Preparing the project's strategic plan in conducting the master schedule for design, procurement and construction to meet cost, time and quality. Estimating the construction cost including contractors, design and regulations fees. Monitoring the budget with the stakeholders to control the budget along with the lifetime of the project.
We prevented unforeseen delays and costs and made sure that the project will be delivered exactly according to specifications through formal and systematic quality reviews across all project areas.
