Constructive developed a facility management plan that fulfilled the project's goals cost-effective nature and efficiently incorporated all elements such as space utilization, security, maintenance, service works, and much more. This project entails the full renovation of the property including but not limited to the following amenities which are all types of guestrooms allocated to 326 keys, all public areas, as well as external facade painting and entrance road repaving. The landscape with Main / large MEP systems such as Chillers, air handling units, boilers, and heat exchangers are monitored and carefully constructed. Special attention has been given to the overall Security system manufacturing that included state-of-the-art IT, CCTV, GRMS & BMS software to ensure the clients' upmost comfort during their leisurely stay.
