Constructive's Scope was Construction Management and Supervision for the whole Zone (Soma Breeze) and an additional scope of services full design scope for Blocks 1C, 2C & 7 with a total BUA of 18,400 sqm. Our team of highly experienced engineers and project managers paid special attention to the civil and concrete works required for this mega project.
