Constructive created a baseline schedule for the rehabilitation of four levels; ground level (1p), terreplein (2p), next tier (2.5p), and top tier (3p) project. The schedule included the phasing plan required by the specifications and drawings.
The construction was scheduled to ensure that the amount of disturbance to the Monument operations and utility shutdown durations and minimizing the disturbance to the peak visitation seasons as much as possible.
Constructive has divided the scope of work among the four phases required by the specs and made sure to complete each phase within the requested time frame so the project can be completed on time and with the necessary protection of existing structures and the least disturbance possible.
